I did I lost a little bit of sleep about it and I woke up. I think I, like 430. In the morning I checked my emails. The last time I got a strike was about 300 in the morning, and I was waiting. I couldn't sleep at this time and so then at 430 I saw that I hadn't been hit when it ain't new appeals or or well not appeals, but any strikes or anything that would cause my channel to be removed. So I felt pretty good, but at the same time I didn't really get myself in the mindset to do videos today or to try to like talk about a platform or anything like that. I mean I'm kind of gon na go through the motion of my daily routine, while just spilling my heart out, while talking because my channels gon na be removed at any moment. You know right here. If this happens again, just one more strike will result in permanent removal and I have to survive until I think March sometime in March for this. My initial strikes to like fall off yeah March 18th before I'm in the clear but that's that's, not gon na happen because it's just I looked at the video that I got hit on yesterday and I already appealed this and when I first uploaded this was a Stream, I did and when I first found it upload, the stream YouTube put a flag on the monetization of it because it might not be content for advertisers because of the crypto there's, no cursing.
The other thing I do is probably drink beer in the stream. I mean, I might say like one like or two Shi TS or something like that, but none of that was in that video, so I had already appealed for the monetization and I won. I don't wan na get heated and so then now on January 29th, I get a warning for that. Video it's nicely did like a warning because I'm looking at this and normally it would go right to a strike, but it kind of seems like if you have kids and you're like oh don't, make me count to three and you go one two. As a parent you're, never getting to three, you know it's like two and a half, so maybe there's hope there, but at the same time I really don't think so. It'S driving me bonkers because, like I'm reaching out to YouTube and they just get such generic answers – and I have I'm so afraid that my channel is going to ultimately get deleted, then when they finally reach out to me they're gon na say, unfortunately, we can't recover Your channel, I just have that feeling: that's what's gon na happen, that's going to suck. I put four years of my life three years of my life, so far, not life, but this hobby. This has been a hobby of mine talking about cryptocurrency and you know taps and platforms and projects and things that you guys click on and join me with.
And yes, we have affiliate links and descriptions I'm, not selling anything. But if you guys join in on like crypto tap browser, you know you're not purchasing anything you're joining in the mining and I get a benefit from your mining, which is a way you show support. Cuz. The monetization ability on YouTube is terrible for smaller channels, and this is just a great way to keep going and keep financially active and, like you know, I want to buy a lapel mic for my GoPro and start doing better quality videos. I could do that with the monetization and with a little bit of money that I make on crypto tap and with the money that I make on the brave browser that I showed yesterday so I'm, not selling anything and I'm gon na show a video here in A moment cuz I'm going through all this. I really really really really really need to get to the bottom. This before my channel gets deleted on a sidenote, my channel does get deleted. I have everything backed up on library there's, a link for this in the description not selling anything, you just click on the link and you can become a follower of nerdy dude stuff on library. All of my old content is there, which is why I'm so happy? All of my old videos are on the blockchain and I want to say something: morbid is all hell and why it makes me happy that my videos are in the blockchain, because I have twin daughters, they're nine months old.
Heaven forbid, you know, God willing. I don't pass away, but let's say I were to get into a car crash on the way to work. You know tomorrow morning and it's fatal or you know something were to happen to me before my daughter's could really get to know me. My content is eternally online for them to almost hang out with their dad. You know in a couple of years and get to know who I was. They can obviously tell I'm a witty chubby white guy that likes really good quality beer, and that might be something they have to hold on. So to think about and I'm not trying to play for the sympathy card or anything like I've told this to my wife. Before I love this idea, I think she was watching like 13 reasons or something and it's just like I was like you know what my daughter's one day could go in about who their dad was based on his hobby and the videos that I uploaded every day. Yeah they could look at my shelf back here and know that, like I had a very close relationship with my dad and I love Rocky and I've got like a lot of Disney pops and Dragonball Z and Walking Dead and over on that one over there and A bar globe so obviously like booze, but they don't, get to know my personality. I'Ve got some outlandish videos and I've got some fun.
Videos I've got some serious videos more like this. One I've got some rants and raves, so I'm gon na pull up YouTube's regulations, and this is where I think that it's hurting us crypto currency and crypto content content creators. Because one of the big things here, I keep getting hit with it's, saying regulated goods right and it's, saying that it's like the sale of regulated goods whatever. So when I go into the policy and it states, alcohol bank accounts password, stolen credit cards, counterfeit documents or currency. This is the one that I think is hitting us. My bunny crypto wealthy, is out on for a week we're not doing drugs, not throwing explosives or not doing organs I'm, not selling you alcohol, I'm, just drinking it. On camera, I mean, if it's on camera and I'm, not supposed to that needs to be clarified. Not you know I'm, not saying I'm, not gon. Na sex, like I meant um explosives selling organs song endangered species are part leader, species selling firearms selling, nicotine products online, gambling – casinos, you know there's, no casinos or anything that were there's DAPs, and maybe that could also like. So it could be. I really think that YouTube, because the videos that I did get banned and strikes were videos on like how to mine bitcoins for noobs there's, no dabs in this video there's, no dabs in this video, how I was hacked and lost on my bit coin and crypto There'S no gaps in that video, so that made me piece together that they don't really consider those you know: online gambling pharmaceuticals without prescription, sex or escort services unless and medical services or human smuggling.
This is a minute 26 video which really made me think it's a YouTube in Google and everyone considers cryptocurrency a fake currency or counterfeit currency, not a real currency. So this is only a minute 26 seconds: long sale of regulated goods YouTube community guidelines, it's, okay, to post a video on YouTube that show us how to make or Scelzi. The answer is false, so they said true or false, it's. Okay, to show videos on YouTube. On how to make counterfeit currency, the answer is false. So if I were to do a video showing you how to make a fit like this, is a 1973 JFK dollar right, yeah it's, a JFK dollar. If I was to do a video to show how to make a fake one of these that's, obviously that's, obviously against the Terms and policy, if I were to do a video to show you how to make or during crypto currency. Like yesterday, I did a video on earning the brave attention token yep doing this is an actual currency. This is a crypto currency, it's, a digital currency with an actual value where we can go and sell, it has an actual function and so on and so forth. You know buy crypto, I don't know what those are up there, but it has actual functions. You know and it's not fake. In bogus this currency, I don't need to get into it anyway. Content meant to sell illegal or certain regulated goods and services such as currency, drugs and more, is not allowed on YouTube.
Let'S, take a look at a few examples in one video, a Creator uploads a comedy sketch in which characters act out, making fake IDs to get into an exclusive club in another video. A creator links to a site that sells fake passports do either of these videos violate our Community Guidelines. Yes, the second video violates our sale of illegal goods or services policy. We restrict content that intends to sell certain regulated or illegal goods and services through direct sales or links to sites that sell these items. But what about a video that links to a site that sells pharmaceuticals without a prescription to learn more go to the YouTube health center article on the sale of illegal goods or services? Click here or the link in the description thanks for watching so that's YouTube. Considering crypto currency as a counterfeit currency, it drives me nuts and like yeah, there's, a link in the description to my videos to go to the Frank platform. And this is my daily bond payouts for Frank and you can go and you can't purchase frag with dollars. But you can earn Tron and then you can turn right around and you can then convert your Tron into the Frank token but I'm, not selling that that's that's I'm opening the window for you. So it's really it's really driving me nuts we're trying to get ourselves to five thousand bonds here before we start taking any profit. Let'S. Look at this YouTube considers crypto current currency as hell.
I can't spell counterfeit. Thank you for spelling it money sure so let's do that YouTube considers cryptocurrency as counterfeit money. Is there anything on their YouTube deletes videos about Bitcoin? Is this a common trend that was posted on December 27th of 2019 let's open that up and there's? Really? No one that's responding to me on these. It says you would think YouTube is different. The Bitcoin cryptocurrency a lot of YouTube creators, woke up to find many of their crypto related videos taken down because YouTube sees these as violating the guidelines. While it is tempting to assume that there's nothing wrong in any of these videos, the verdict is yet to be out, but it's, considering that YouTube has previously wrongfully taken down videos even for less controversial topics, it's safe to assume they know exactly what they were doing And if their past behavior is any indication, they won't be too upset by the outrage caused by their actions and, while cryptocurrency has been in their share of controversies, that should stifle the market growth and it's still necessary to let the industry develop. 100. Your sensory and stifling it YouTube, which is a Google subsidiary, has not responded to the request to explain the situation Jessi, but there are already some speculations about why YouTube chose these specific creators most likely. The main reason why these videos are being deleted is because of the external links in these video descriptions: okay, okay, I could see that, but at the same time, they're not saying anything about external links like if we go to other channels, you you know they're, there There'S links in there to purchase the camera that you're recording like the recording your video on for those youtubers or like the microphone that they're using so those people are directing people to true genuine affiliate links.
Yes, I have genuine affiliate links, but you not to purchase anything like you. Don'T have to purchase anything for Kripa time, you download it. You run the damn platform, you're good um. I get YouTube wanting to keep their crowd on the interior, but then people are gon na return to me, I'm, not saying everyone watching. This video is going to not use YouTube if my channel gets deleted tomorrow. But technically, if I had 4000 subscribers that were loyal and watched YouTube every single baby, only because of me and nothing else, if they remove my channel, they not only lost me directing people to other sites and activity and advertisements they get on my videos, but they Technically would be losing 4000 subscribers because they're only coming to the channel for me, I'm, not saying that's the case I'm, not that full of myself but I'm just using that as an example, so you're not just hurting the few, you are hurting the many yeah. I know you guys are gon na find someone else, and you know if I get deleted all my loyal followers – I'm. Not expecting you never to watch youtube stuff again, but unfortunately that's what's happening so anyway. Why big companies can't seem to get on board bla bla, bla, bla, bla u2's reasoning claims that these videos harmful and dangerous content? Okay, so now we're gon na double back to the affiliate link program. None of this stuff is harmful or dangerous.
Unless I'm blatantly saying click on this website and then I'm, giving you viruses in your computer, like that doesn't make sense, so there's affiliate links and then harmful and dangerous content, so it's either. You want your crowd to stay on youtube and watch your videos or they're going to buy drugs YouTube clips these videos harmful and blah blah and YouTube. Didn'T have much to say except the promise that the creators they would look into the situation. It is indeed a controversial move on YouTube part, but is just a symptom of bigger problems. Cryptocurrencies have continuously been challenged by the bigger organizations that use their power to stop the industry from gaining there's a lot to this article um. You know there was one that I uh I mean at the end of the day, with mass adoption. Youtube is hurting this whole platform, so, but from what I'm gathering you know, the article did state that one thinks it's harmful content. The other one thinks is because you have affiliate links in your descriptions, but affiliate links and descriptions. Don'T fall under the regulated goods I'm getting hit for regulated goods. So I truly believe that YouTube considers cryptocurrency counterfeit currency that's it that's all my talk about I've got. I was more gon na multitask and kind of go through all my my daps today and look at how everything's doing, but I ended up more on a rant about YouTube, so I really hope my channel doesn't get deleted.
I really need someone at YouTube to finally follow through and just like, listen and help, because cryptocurrency is not a counterfeit currency. Yes, there are people out there that do scams and create their own fake, and we call them ship wings in the industry and to try to make money and profit. But you can go on to offer up the mobile app and I've talked about this before back. When digit was trying to develop their thing and they did ditch the whole platform, but you can go on to offer up and there is a Bitcoin purchasing option like if I'm buying something from someone it could say, use crypto currency, so Bitcoin and crypto is not A counterfeit currency and right now I think, that's what YouTube's hitting everyone on, and it is it at this point. It literally is what it is and if I lose my youtube channel I'm gon na come back on YouTube with something else cuz. This is a fun hobby and I love it and I'm gon na stay on library' and do my cryptocurrency videos there. But if I have to go 100, nerdy, dude, stuff video games on YouTube and struggle and fail that's, just what I'm gon na have to do. Anyway, thank you very much for watching and listening to me just talk, sorry if I ranted or got boring but that's just my feelings. This video will be backed up on library' yeah. I don't know like if anyone from YouTube's watching like, hopefully you can hear the hurt in my voice and everything.
So thank you very much. If this video is still up, please, like comment subscribe, all through my channel makes it's on March 18th. We had a fresh start.
